There is a small piece cut off the top right corner of the first page. There is a note taped onto the first page. There are a few pages without with large stains on them, however, the text is still legible. There is moderate wear to the outer edges of the pages. There is a stain to the lower edge of the pages. The binding is weak throughout, is slanted to the right, but is still holding together. The book has a bit of an old/musty smell to it. See the photos for more details.
